A woman who worked as a custodian at a southwest Ohio school district is facing charges after being accused of sexual misconduct with two teen students.
Christina Moses, 25, of Franklin, was a custodian and cafeteria cashier in Franklin City Schools before resigning in November after school officials became aware of accusations she had sexual relations with two boys, both under 16 years old, the Journal News reports.
She has been indicted on nine counts of unlawful sexual misconduct with a minor, all fourth-degree felonies, according to WLWT Channel 5.
Warren County Prosecutor David Fornshell tells the Journal News that none of the sexual encounters, which occurred between May and November 2017, were on school property.
A warrant was issued for Moses’ arrest but she had not been taken into custody as of late Monday, according to the Journal News.
WLWT reports Moses is expected to appear in court soon.
Franklin is located in southwest Ohio between Dayton and Cincinnati.
