CLEVELAND, Ohio — A man was killed in a Wednesday night shooting in Cleveland’s Union-Miles Park neighborhood, police said.
The 25-year-old man was shot just before 8:30 p.m. on East 110th Street and Miles Avenue, Cleveland police said.
He was taken to MetroHealth Hospital for treatment. The man died at the hospital about an hour after the shooting, police said.
The shooting occurred in what appears to be a dead end street near a graveyard, police said.
The man’s name was not provided by investigators. A motive for the shooting was not given.
No arrests have been made.
An ambulance was seen driving away from the shooting at 8:40 p.m.
Yellow caution tape roped off the area. Several patrol cars blocked off the entrance of street as several passers-by slowed to possible get a glimpse of the crime scene.
