They are so grounded.
Two teenaged girls from Ohio went on what they hoped was a secret, five-day joy ride to Manhattan — but gave away their location by posting a Facebook photo of Times Square, police told The Post.
Haley Flowers and Trinity Goodwin , both 16 and from Lancaster OH, were safe and sound thanks to Midtown North precinct Officer Alex Delgado, who messaged them and convinced them to turn themselves in.
By early Sunday, Flowers was still at the precinct, waiting for her frantic mom to drive out to pick her up, police sources told The Post.
Goodwin, meanwhile, had been arrested and charged with possession of stolen property for allegedly swiping her mother’s black 2008 Pontiac G6.
Goodwin was still awaiting arraignment early Sunday; Ohio is looking to extradite her, sources said.
The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children had issued an Amber Alerts for the girls.
The teens had been missing since Monday, according to the Lancaster Police Department.
“Trinity may wear glasses,” the police department’s missing person alert read, and “Haley’s left eyebrow is pierced.”
